Clinical Supervision

The purpose of clinical supervision is to provide a safe and confidential environment for practitioners and students to reflect on and discuss their work and their personal and professional responses to their work. The focus is on supporting practitioners and students in their personal and professional development and in reflecting on their practice.

It is an activity that brings skilled supervisors and practitioners together in order to reflect upon their practice. It is a time for practitioners to think about their knowledge and skills and how they may be developed to improve care to clients. It has been described as providing education for the practitioner and care for the client.

Clinical supervision is offered on a weekly, biweekly, monthly and on a consultative basis depending on the needs of the practitioner and the contractual arrangement agreed upon.

We offer effective clinical supervision;
  • Interactive Communication Skills

Clinical supervision helps the practitioner to become more and more self-aware.  Self-awareness is essential in the safe and effective use of self in psychotherapy and it allows one to adapt individual behavior to different situations according to one's actual abilities.
